5/20/21 – This is a nice example of a Waffen-Werke Brunn Model G33/40 issued to the Nazi military in 1942. The gun and bolt are mismatched but it does have a period-correct G33 bolt. It has the proper waffen military proofs throughout. The stock is also matching but has been lightly sanded, so the number is faint. There is spotty oxidation throughout and tiny pin-pricking on the barrel. The gun comes with a period-correct sling that has light cracking throughout. The bore is very nice – shiny with strong rifling with minor pin-pricking here and there.
