2/22/23 – This is a scarce police style 7.65mm Axis pistol holster made from pigskin leather. The holster is 1941 dated and maker stamped under the closure strap on the front leather. The interior leather has a very faint waffen eagle proof stamp, which is likely a police style eagle proof based on the maker and style of holster. Fits a Walther PPK or similar sized Axis pistol (Mauser M1934). The leather has some surface discoloration from the faded black ink, and some mild surface wrinkling and scuffs, but no major issues. There are a few missing / loose stitches on the back belt loop, but this is very minor and overall the stitching is in great condition.
