1/11/22 – This is a nice example of a “Black Widow” Mauser Luger issued to the Nazi military in 1941. It is all matching and has the proper “Eagle 655” Nazi military acceptance proofs on the right side of the slide. It comes as a rig with a nice 1939-dated waffen-proofed holster, one original black widow magazine, one period-correct but mismatched aluminum bottom magazine, and one Finnish-marked Luger tool. The gun has retained roughly 75% of its original finish. Most of the finish loss is on both grip straps, where there is almost no bluing left. There is also minor wear on the side plate, side rails, and around the muzzle. Some tiny handling marks along the barrel. Comes with excellent period-correct black widow grips. The bore has decent rifling with pin-pricking in the grooves.
