6/23/20 – This is an original bakelite flare case with 6 original flares. 3 of the flares have been fired, but 3 are unfired, and all are in excellent condition. The tallest flare is for high altitudes, which leads us to think this must be for the luftwaffe (not kriegsmarine). This middle flare is unfired (hard to find in this condition). The flares are all 1941 dated, as is the label on the case. The flares each have an expiration date as well (1944). The interior of the case is maker stamped ejo, and each flare has a cbl maker code on the headstamp.
