5/17/18 – This is an excellent all original and matching K98 bayonet and scabbard with leather frog. The frog hs light surface wear but is completely in tact. There’s a remnant of a maker stamp on the back leather but it’s too faint to read. The bayonet has a wood handle and blued blade. The blade has light scabbard wear but no signs of sharpening and most of the bluing in tact. The blade and scabbard are serial numbered 3021b. The spine of the blade is marked “41”. The scabbard is marked “41” on one side but it’s far down to where the frog covers the stamp. All guaranteed original and authentic.
