12/17/22 – This is a nice example of a Nambu Type 94 issued to the Japanese military in January of 1940. It is all matching and comes with one period-correct magazine that is not matching to the gun. It has retained about 96% of its original bluing. There are areas of minor wear around the muzzle, on some of the high edges, and at the base of the grip straps. Some thinning at the back of the frame. While there is not much actual finish loss, there is spotty oxidation on the whole gun and some areas with tiny pits here and there. Fitted with very nice period-correct black bakelite grips. The bore has good rifling, but there are some areas with tiny pits throughout.
