7/18/22 – This is an excellent example of a Mauser Luger issued to the Nazi military in 1940. It is all matching, has a “42” Mauser factory code on the toggle, and has the proper “Eagle 655” military acceptance proofs. It also comes with one original matching-numbered magazine. The gun has retained about 94-95% of its original bluing. Areas of minor wear on the side plate and on the side rails. Splotchy discoloration around the muzzle and some thinning along the barrel. Some light freckling on the grip straps. There are areas with small dots of oxidation here and there. Comes with excellent matching-numbered wood grips. The bore is shiny and has very strong rifling with very light freckling here and there.
