12/9/18 – This is an excellent, original WW2 production Luger holster. The holster has very nice, clean brown leather. The back of the holster is 1940 dated with a DLU maker stamp. There’s no waffen proof; this in combination with the brown leather leads me to think perhaps this was made for commercial use. We’re not sure though as pretty much all weapons produced by the nazis in 1940 were being made for military use. The leather is very clean with minimal exterior wear / scuffing. The stitching is all original and excellent. Guaranteed original and authentic.
