3/23/20 – This is a fairly scarce 1940 dated Luger holster with brown leather and a fairly uncommon maker stamp. The back of the holster is stamped “E.K. St.” along with a waffen proof eagle and 1940 date stamp. The reason this is priced so low is due to the restitching on the top “lid” of the holster. This could be a period correct field repair, but there’s not telling for certain. The leather has a modest amount of surface wrinkling and no deep cracking in the leather. Normal pliability. Overall a nice collectible holster from 1940 priced to sell.
