8/6/24 – This is an original 1940 dated Luger holster from WW2. The holster is in great overall condition. The leather is brown, which is somewhat uncommon as the Germans began making all holsters in black around this time. The leather holds shape very nicely, and has mild pliability. There’s surface wrinkling throughout the front leather, along with mild surface scuffs on the toe, mag pouch, and lid. The closure strap has some scuffing and wrinkling from use, but is still strong and completely intact. Clean, excellent interior leather. The backside of the holster is maker stamped, date stamped, and waffen military proof stamped. All original stitching throughout is tight and excellent.
