5/22/19 – This is an original 1940 dated Luger holster from WWII. The holster is in excellent overall condition with all original leather and stitching. The back leather is stamped with a crisp maker stamp and date, along with a waffen military proof stamp. The leather is strong and firm with clean interior leather. No missing stitches. The only notable flaw is some surface cracking on the closure strap. This is not excessive cracking though and the strap is not in jeopardy of breaking (cracking isn’t deep).
