11/30/23 – This is a 1940 dated holster for a CZ-39. These are also often found with P.38’s as the shape and style is similar and a P.38 fits nicely inside. This example is maker and date stamped on the back leather. There’s a very faint waffen military proof stamp next to these markings, but only the tail end of the waffen is visible (727). The leather has some surface scuffs and scratches. Most notable wear is found on the front leather near the toe where there’s a chunk of leather missing, this is not a hole however. Surface cracking on the closure strap, but it’s still intact and functional. All original stitching in great shape.
