1/18/23 – This is a very nice example of a Mauser Luger issued to the Nazi police force in 1939. The gun is all matching, has the Mauser banner logo on the toggle, has an added police sear safety, and a proper police “Eagle C” marking on the right side of the slide. This one also comes with an original matching magazine. This gun is rare as only about 2,850 of this variation were ever produced. It has retained about 93% of its finish. There is very minor thinning on the grip straps and areas of minor wear around the muzzle, on the side plate, and on the side rails. Some small dots of oxidation on the barrel and on the front strap. Fitted with an excellent set of matching-numbered wood grips. Mint bore.
