9/9/24 – This is a nice example of a Mauser Luger issued to the Nazi military in 1939. It is all matching with the proper “Eagle 63” military acceptance proofs. The gun’s finish rates roughly 75% with thinning and light brown patina, mostly on the barrel and side plate. Some spotty oxidation on the barrel as well. Fitted with very nice un-numbered wood grips. Comes with a mismatched but period-correct “Eagle 63” magazine. The bore has good rifling, but there is pin-pricking throughout.
