8/24/23 – This is a nice example of a Mauser Luger issued to the Nazi military in 1939. It is all matching with the proper “Eagle 655” military acceptance proofs. It has retained roughly 60% of its original finish. The majority of the bluing loss is on the grip straps, but there is wear around the muzzle, on the side plate, and on the high edges in general. Spotty wear along the barrel. Fitted with excellent un-numbered wood grips. Comes with a mismatched “Eagle 63” marked magazine. The bore has good rifling, but there is minor pin-pricking throughout.
