10/6/22 – This is an original 1939 Luger holster made during WW2. The holster is in great shape except for the top lines of stitching, which show some loose and missing stitches – see photos. This doesn’t affect functionality however, and the holster is still securely all together. The back leather is maker stamped, dated, and waffen proof stamped. The waffen proof is very faint yet still visible underneath the date stamp. There’s some mild scuffing throughout the leather and minor surface cracking and wrinkling on both the top leather and closure strap. However the leather has normal pliability and a clean interior.
