10/9/24 – This is a good example of a 1939 Luger Holster made by an uncommon maker, FR. Offermann & Sohne. The leather on this holster is in overall good condition. There are abrasion and pressure marks throughout the leather, but nothing that is effecting the holsters functionality. Towards the toe of the holster there is a long scratch, but this does not go through the holster. The back of the holster is maker/date stamped with “FR. Offermann & Sohne Bensberg 1939” as well as waffen “WaA727”. The leather on the holster is still pliable, and the stitching is all intact.
