11/28/22 – This is an original 1939 dated Luger holster from WW2. The holster is maker stamped, dated, and waffen proof stamped on the back leather. The stamps are somewhat faint, but still visible. The leather is soft and pliable from use and aging but doesn’t have any major flaws or excessive wear. Mostly normal “honest wear” throughout with some mild wrinkling and scuffing. The stitching is all original except for the base of one belt loop, which appears to be a period-correct repair with older-looking (WW2 era) stitching.
