9/24/19 – This is an original Luftwaffe German Belt and Buckle from early WW2. This buckle is a early war variation with a luftwaffe eagle on the front of the buckle. The buckle and prongs are aluminum and is maker marked “FR” and the numerals “39”. Some smoothing of the eagle image from use. The belt is soft leather with black exterior and brown interior. The interior has an ink mark “96” and is 39″ in total length. The stitching is excellent and all original. Minor surface cracks and wear on the exterior of the belt.
