6/14/23 – This is a nice example of a Mauser Luger issued to the Nazi military in 1938. It is all matching and has the proper “Eagle 63” military acceptance proofs. It has retained roughly 75% of its original finish. There is thinning on the grip straps, spotty discoloration along the left side of the frame, and wear around the muzzle, on the side plate, and on the high edges in general. Fitted with very nice un-numbered wood grips – some noticeable bruising on the right side. Comes with a mismatched “Eagle 655” proofed magazine. The bore has good rifling, but there is spotty freckling and pin-pricking throughout.
