1/7/22 – This is a nice example of a Mauser Luger issued to the Nazi military in 1937. It is all matching and has the proper “Eagle 63” Nazi military acceptance proofs on the right side of the slide. It has retained roughly 75% of its bluing. There are areas of noticeable finish loss throughout, most significant on the grip straps, side plate, and on the barrel. There are areas of pin-pricking on both grip straps, left side of the frame, and on the side plate. Comes with slightly worn wood grips – the right panel is numbered and matching, the left panel is un-numbered. NOTE: The gun is photographed with a different magazine than the one included with the gun. This gun will come with a period-correct but mismatched “Eagle 63” magazine. The rifling in the bore is a bit worn with minor pitting throughout.
