4/13/22 – This is a very nice example of a Mauser Luger issued to the Nazi military in 1937. The gun is all matching (except for the takedown lever, which was replaced) and has the proper “Droop Eagle 63” Nazi military acceptance proofs. Although it is all matching, some of the parts have been renumbered to match, such as the side plate, safety bar, and sear bar. In any case, it has retained about 97-98% of its bluing. There are areas of minor wear around the muzzle and on the side plate. While there is very little actual finish loss, there are areas with tiny dots of oxidation throughout. Comes with very nice mismatched wood grips and a mismatched “Eagle 83” proofed magazine. Excellent, shiny bore with strong rifling.
