3/18/24 – This is a very nice example of a military issued Luger dated 1936. It is Mauser marked S/42 on the top of the toggle. It has all original blued finish that rates in the 90-92% range. It has the proper straw color small parts. All of the numbers are matching except for the magazine (proper but not matching). The grips are not matching, which is correct for most lugers from 1936. The action is tight and fully functional. The bore rates an 8 out of 10 as it is shiny with strong rifling.
