11/16/22 – This is a minty example of a Nambu Type 14 issued to the Japanese military in 1935. It is all matching and comes with a period-correct magazine that is not matching to the gun. It also comes with a US model 1911A1 holster that has been modified to fit this gun really well – likely done by the US GI who captured this gun. The gun itself has retained nearly all of its original finish with just hints of wear on some of the high edges. While there is next-to-no actual finish loss, there is light freckling on both grip straps. Comes with very nice period-correct grips that are hand-numbered in pencil on the inside. The numbering is very faint and illegible. Mint bore.
