6/17/21 – This is a very nice example of a DWM Luger sold in the commercial market in the 1920’s. The gun is all matching and has the proper “Crown N” commercial proofs. There is a “Germany” export proof on the front of the frame, indicating the gun was intended for sale in the international commercial market. It has retained about 93% of its finish. There is wear on the side plate, side rails, around the muzzle, and underside of the trigger guard. Very minor thinning and light brown patina on the straps. Areas of very minor pin-pricking here and there Comes with nice wood grips and a period-correct un-numbered magazine. The bore has good rifling with pin-pricking throughout.
