8/27/20 – This is a fairly scarce WW1 bayonet for a model 1903 rifle. The bayonet comes with the original scabbard and canvas cover. The leather tip is maker stamped on the reverse with a 1918 date stamp. The stamp is faint but still visible. The blade is excellent with original finish and no signs of sharpening. Made by Rock Island Arsenal and dated 1918 with an ordnance stamp. Excellent wood handle.
