5/26/22 – This is an original 1918 dated Luger holster from WW1. The holster is maker stamped and dated with crisp markings between the belt loops on the back leather. The front leather, under the closure strap, has “WAN” stamp and “LA” initials stamp, as shown. The leather is in great condition for a 100+ year old holster, with nice brown leather that shows mild wear and normal pliability. The interior tool pouch has a leather closure knot instead of a metal closure stud, a cool feature. No notable stitching issues.
