5/22/20 – This is an original WW1 era Luger holster in excellent overall condition. The front of the holster is distinctly maker stamped “C. WEISS” and dated 1916. There are no other markings. The leather has normal pliability and some light exterior scuffing on the back, but no major issues. Minor surface cracking on the closure strap, but overall very nice given its’ age. The stitching is all original and in tact except for about 1/2 inch on the top leather, where the lid hinges with the body of leather. This is on the right side when looking down on the lid of the holster. Clean interior with a secure lift strap. Initials “KK” etched just above the interior tool pouch.
