10/3/23 – This is an original WW1 era production Luger holster. The holster is in great overall condition with some normal signs of aging and previous use. The leather is all original and has normal pliability. Maker and date stamped on the front leather, just under the lid / closure strap area. The back belt loops appear to have been re-stitched, but the stitching looks period correct and this is likely a field repair of some kind. The rest of the stitching is original and tight. A few exterior scuffs but no major issues. A very nice wartime production example.
