9/16/22 – This is a very nice example of an Erfurt Luger issued to the Imperial German military in 1916. It is all matching and has the proper Erfurt and Imperial military proofs throughout. It comes as a rig with a nice 1916-dated holster (name scratched into the front), Imperial marked Luger tool, one original matching-numbered magazine (hairline crack in the wood bottom), and one period-correct magazine that is not matching. The gun itself has retained about 93% of its original bluing. There areas of light spotty wear and tiny dots of oxidation on the side plate, around the muzzle, along the barrel, around the chamber, and along the whole right side of the slide. Minor pin-pricking on both grip straps. Comes with excellent matching-numbered and Imperial-proofed grips. Very nice bore with great rifling and some areas of very light pin-pricking.
