4/11/24 – This is a Savage Model 1899 Lever Action Rifle, manufactured in 1915 and chambered in .250-3000. Equipped with a “Marble” adjustable rear peep sight. The bluing rates roughly 50% with obvious finish loss on the receiver. Light scratches throughout. Very nice wood furniture. The bore has good rifling with light pin-pinpricking throughout.
