5/18/23 – This is a 1915 dated Luger holster from WW1. The holster features excellent condition leather and all original stitching, along with crisp maker and date stamps on the front leather. Oddly, the stitching seems to have a white paint or wax color which almost “highlights” the stitching. We didn’t try to remove this, but we did confirm this is not mold. Despite this, the leather has mild pliability and light surface wear and discoloration, but no major issues. The closure strap is unusually long, but seems to be original and the leather + stitching matches the rest of the holster. Fairly clean interior leather, and a high quality WW1 example.
