2/22/19 – This is an original Erfurt produced Luger from 1914 that was issued to the German Military. All numbered parts are matching and the original finish rates at about 60-70% with obvious thinning and patina throughout. A few areas of surface freckling but no major areas of corrosion or deep pitting. The grips are numbered and matching to the pistol but the magazine is mismatched, though it is an original Erfurt magazine. The grip screws are original and Erfurt marked. Bore shows some frost but mostly shiny with good rifling. Decent straw remains on some small parts, especially the trigger. Small parts are also Erfurt marked.
