5/26/22 – This is an original Iraqi M80 helmet. These helmets were used by Iraqi armed forces from the 1980s onward. Made of compressed canvas material. The exterior has most of the original paint still in tact, with most of the paint missing from the crown of the helmet. The canvas chinstrap and liner are both still present and in great shape. The liner is maker stamped in ink as shown.
