12/3/24 – This is an excellent example of a 1955 Soviet Army Dagger. This dagger has no damage or finish loss to the blade and the edge has not been sharpened. The grip on this dagger is in excellent condition. The leather on the scabbard is in great shape with only minor pressure marks from age. The fittings on the scabbard are still shiny and the motif of the Kremlin and the Soviet Crest are still strong and recognizable. The blade is marked near the handguard with A serial number of “N15717” and on the reverse it is maker and date stamped “3NK 1955”. The closure mechanism is still functional and strong.
