5/3/18 – This is an original and matching luftwaffe gravity knife from WW2. The knife is maker stamped on one side and in excellent condition. A very clean, unsharpened blade with a crisp maker mark. The release latch is matching numbered to the base. The interior handle is numbered but not matching (this is correct). The pick is stamped with a droop winged eagle at the base. The only flaw is a crack in the grip on one side – shown in photos. This crack is minor and less than 1 inch long. All original and authentic guaranteed.
