11/22/17 – This is an original 1939 Luger holster issued to the nazi Kriegsmarine. The back of the holster is 1939 dated, Curt Vogel maker stamped, and waffen WaA100 military proof stamped. Below the waffen proof is a Kriegsmarine eagle over “M” stamp. The holster overall is in great condition with semi-pliable front leather and firmer back leather. The holster lacks any cracking or major leather issues, but there is some light discoloration on the front body of leather. This could potentially be cleaned and polished away, but we’re leaving this offering as-is to preserve authenticity. The back leather has some light surface scuffs but this is normal wear. The stitching is all tight and original with no stitching issues.
