8/23/17 – This is a complete Black Widow Luger rig, manufactured by Mauser in 1942. The rig includes a 1942 dated holster that is maker-marked and waffen proofed, a spare Black Widow-style magazine, and an Eagle/655 proofed tool. The original bluing on the pistol rates at about 92-94%, with wear on the sideplate, both sides of the muzzle, stock lug and the back of the frame. The holster is in very good condition with no missing stitches, and would look even nicer with a little polishing. Both magazines and the tool are period correct for this rig. Bore has very minor frosting but is very good overall.
