11/21/24 – This is a modern Italian remake (1981) of the original Remington 1858 New Model Army Revolver, chambered in .44 Caliber. This one has retained about 95% of its finish. While there isn’t a ton of actual finish loss, there are areas of heavy oxidation and pitting on the right side of the muzzle and on the cylinder. Some tiny scratches and handling marks here and there. Fitted with wood grips – minor bruising. Excellent, shiny bore. Black powder only, so no FFL required.
