10/7/24 – This is an excellent example of an AC 44 Walther P.38 issued to the Nazi military in 1944. All matching with the proper “Eagle 359” military acceptance proofs throughout. It comes as a rig with a minty 1943-dated hard shell holster and one “Eagle 359” proofed Walther magazine. It comes with an original capture document. However, the document only lists “One German Pistol”, so there’s nothing technically tying this gun the paperwork. The finish on the gun rates about 97% with just very minor wear around the muzzle and on the front edges of the slide. Fitted with black plastic grips – slightly shaved along the top edges. Excellent, shiny bore. De-cocker is functional.
