9/25/24 – This is an excellent condition example of a late WW2 production ersatz style Axis Pistol holster. The holster is sized to fit just about any 7.65mm Axis pistol such as the CZ-27, Mauser HSc, Sauer 38h, or Walther PP. The holster has no markings or stamps, and features hardened, pressed paper materials. The holster also features a 1 piece design with sewn-on magazine pouch, closure strap, and back belt loop. The closure strap is the only leather present on this example. Minimal discoloration and holds shape nicely with a fairly clean interior. No notable exterior flaws as well. All original stitching is tight and intact throughout. Steel closure knob. One of the nicer ersatz examples we’ve encountered.
