09/06/2024 – For sale is an Arisaka Type 99 made by Toyo Kogyo during WW2. This rifle is in good condition overall with the metal retaining a lot of its original bluing. The only blemish is some surface rust towards the muzzle of the barrel which should clean up easily. The receiver retains its full Imperial Mum and was not ground. The metal has some freckling of oxidation throughout. The bore is bright with good rifling but could use a good cleaning. The rifle is nearly all matching but the bayonet lug is mismatched. The cleaning rod is missing. The rifle comes with a Type 30 bayonet made by National Denki.
