8/23/24 – This is a Reichsmarine (German Navy) holster from the 1935. The Reichsmarine was the German Navy during the Weimar Republic and for the first 2 years of Nazi Germany. The Reichsmarine existed from 1919 to 1935 when it became the Kriegsmarine, meaning this holster is from that transitional period. The holster overall is in good shape, there is some cracking of the leather at the base of the spare magazine pouch and some lost top leather on the base of the closure strap. The makers mark and the Weimar Eagle M stamp are very strong and easily legible.
