8/22/24 – This is an example of a Czech made VZ-24 bayonet made during WW2. These bayonets were produced under the German Occupation. During the war 150,000 VZ-24 rifles and bayonets were ordered by the Germans to arm their allied Romanian forces. The blade on this bayonet appears to have been re-blued and contains heavy pitting on the blade with most being towards the tip. The pommel appears to maintain the majority of it’s original finish, but was electro penciled at some point on the side and the top of the pommel. Scabbard is in good condition and has no major dents, scabbard is unmarked.
