8/14/24 – This is a fantastic example of a rare Artillery Luger, made in 1914 by DWM. This is the rarest of the Artillery Lugers – They only made a few hundred of these Artillery Lugers, all in 1914. This one is all matching and has the proper military proofs. It has retained nearly all of its original finish with just hints of wear around the muzzle and on some of the high edges. Very light freckling on the grip straps. The grips are in mint condition and match the gun. Comes with an original magazine that is not matching but close in serial number. The bore has great rifling with just very minor pin-pricking throughout. Robert Saltsman collection.
