6/11/24 – This is an original WW2 production USN Mark 1 Knife by Colonial. This example comes complete with an original leather “U.S.N.” stamped sheath. The blade retains almost all of the original factory finish with some light thinning near the edge and tip. There’s some small pin-pricking and freckling on each side of the blade, as well as a small area of pitting around the base of the blade near the “USN” stamp on the ricasso. The black plastic handle is excellent and clean. The scabbard has light surface wear and aging but no major issues. All original stitching and rivets intact.
