6/3/24 – This is an all matching and original Mauser C96 Broomhandle rig that was issued to the Imperial Army during WW1. Military acceptance proof on right side of receiver. Matching numbers throughout. It comes as a rig with a wood stock/holster and an original lanyard. The metal on the stock appears to be original. The wood may be a high quality reproduction. There is a repaired hairline crack in the lid of the stock. The gun has retained roughly 85% of its original finish with general high edge wear, muzzle wear, and finish on the grip straps. Fitted with excellent matching-numbered wood grips. The bore shows spotty surface oxidation throughout.
