05/31/2024 – For sale is an excellent Remington Model 1903a4 sniper. This model of sniper was used by the US Army in WW2, Korea, and Vietnam. This example is correct for a 1903a4 with an offset manufacturer and model roll stamped towards the side of the receiver and the serial number on the other side to account for the scope base. The overall condition of this rifle 97% with minor wear on the scope base, parkerized finish is smooth. The bore is mirror bright with great rifling. The rifle sits in a scant stock and there is a “34” painted on the left side. There is also a K stamped in the magazine cutoff groove for Keystone. The barrel is stamped “RA 1-44” with the flaming bomb stamp. The mount is stamped “Redfield” on the back right and the M73B1 optic is mainly clear but this is a speck visible on the top right when looking through.
