5/15/24 – This is an excellent example of an AC 45 Walther P.38 issued to the German military in 1945. All matching with the proper “Eagle 359” acceptance proofs. There is a “35*” marking on the frame. It has some of the features typically seen on these end-of-war guns – phosphated top plate and cog-style hammer. It has retained about 95% of its finish. The majority of the wear is on the front strap, so the profile views are minty. Fitted with reddish bakelite grips and comes with an “ac” marked Walther magazine. The bore has strong rifling with some light freckling. De-cocker is functional.
