5/3/24 – This is an original WW2 German SA Dagger with an original scabbard and leather belt hanger. The dagger blade is in very good overall condition with light surface patina and mild discoloration. This surface wear gives an honest aged appearance and isn’t very unsightly. There’s visible cross graining and scabbard rub wear on the blade surface as well. Unsharpened edges. The base of the blade is maker marked by PUMA on the backside, while the other side is properly inscribed “Alles fur Deutschland”. The hand guard is Gruppe stamped on one side, “Nrh”. The cross guards are nonmagnetic, early nickel-silver with light patina but no major issues. The wood handle has a few imperfections near the SA emblem and upper crossguard, but there are no cracks or chips in the wood. The scabbard is brown painted and in great overall condition. The hanger is RZM stamped with an “OLC” maker stamp on the metal clip. Great overall condition.
